Our expertise includes valuation requirements across IAS 40 (investment properties), IAS 16 (owner-occupied assets), IAS 36 (impairment testing and cash-generating units), IFRS 3 (business combinations and Purchase Price Allocation), development valuations under IAS 2 and IAS 40, and IFRS 16 (right-of-use assets).
